Found my recent experience great. All staff members were friendly and more than willing to assist in whatever way. Special mentions to TK who took us under his wing and was patient with us. Very eager to assist and delivered the most professional service. Other special mention to Dirk from the car evaluation side. He went beyond and followed up the next day and actually gave the lead to the car I purchased.
Oh my word, I cannot explain what poor customer service DSTV \ Multichoice delivers. They are very happy to debit your account every month, but I have been sent to pillar and post, was put on hold for more than 30 minutes. I give up, they will loose a premium client for ever!!
Deshen, unfortunately your post was a bit late for me and I could have got real professionals out. Gentlemen and ladies Please be aware and do not fall into the same trap as what Deshen and I fell into. I had my pool epoxied by them on the 15th November and have still to this day not been able to fill it back up as you can scratch it off with your nail. Here comes the kicker, they even admitted to making a mistake and reducing the amount of hardener when mixing the 2nd batch to apply when they came out to have a look on the 26th November. Despite many promises of coming back to redo the pool from the 26th November, they just do not pitch up or even take calls (they even blocked my number). They have refused to refund me (yes even after admitting they made a mistake) and then have the arrogancy, truly unprofessional and shoddy work. My advice to anyone that is currently doing business with them, please do not pay them until your pool is filled and working like it should. For those considering using them, proceed with caution. I will come back with full review and more info after consulting my attorneys, yes, I will not them just swindle other honest people of hard earned cash.
