Skylark Properties- Do not sign OTP
Please do not sign any OTP with Skylark Properties. My daughter is a first time buyer, signed an OTP and got approval from a bank but not with the term my daughter wanted. She notified the agent that they cannot accept the offer the bank offered. A week later this agency is suing them, forcing them to sign for the loan otherwise my daughter will be liable for all their commissions and legal fees. This is just signing a OTP which they told the agent their terms. he did not explain what they are signing for. Be aware

Do not book tickets with Top tickets- They do not refund you
Do not book tickets with them. They book shows and then cancel them without notfying consumers and yes, also do not refund you.

iTicket no refund
I have purchased tickets for 100% Retro 2026, on 16 Jan 2025. I was trying to print my tickets with no success. I phoned Itickets, only to be informed that they no longer are the ticket company holding these tickets, but that they paid it over to Top tickets which, does not get back on refunds, contact numbers do not exist. Thid show was never booked, nothing indicating the show is cancelled, only my tickets that I can view on iTicket. They are not going to refund me, even though I paid them the money for this show. I was not informed that they paid the money to Top ticket, nor was I asked if they should refund. I have lost R1800 with iTicket just sending me a copy of the court order which means nothing. I paid them, not Top Ticket.

MWEB- POOR SERVICE
Been struggling for over 3 weeks for MWEB to sort out our poor fibre connection. Been send from technical,sales and moving and still stuck with bad connection. Endless e-mails ,calls and still no feedback.
