My experience with this company is awful, I am struggling to get my money back since last year for a concert that was canceled. They don't reply on your messages the telephone number is not working anymore. Seems like they are duck and diving to do there responsibility to the clients. I want my money back.

This is actually a no star review, my sister and i bought Blue tickets in January for the March show which was postponed till October. October rolled up and the Blue concert was cancelled and my sister made contact with Itickets just to hear they not handling it because Toptickets took over, why were we not informed that they switched?? So we got a number for Toptickets which was non existent ofcourse!! Needless to say i’m still waiting on our refund, because why is there no one responding back to us?? Are we suppose to just forget about our money??

How can this be happening to us!? Where is Wyand DeVillers to answer and give us back our money!!!!

How can this be happening to us!? First the Blue was moved from March to October ( during the week mind you) and now it has been cancelled and there is no sign or indication that we will be getting our money back. The website is no longer in existence. There is no response to emails. Calls go straight to voicemail! This cannot be allowed to stand. Where is Wyand DeVillers to answer and give us back our money!!!!

I bought tickets for the Blue concert in Cape Town for October on the top tickets website. A few days later the concert was cancelled, top tickets website has been taken down and we cannot find anyone from DeVillers Events to refund us. The owner Wynand De Villers is now under liquidation and there has been no further communication regarding our ticket refund. I received an email communication saying due to bad ticket sales the concert was cancelled yet BLUE posted that they cancelled the concert due to breach of contract by the promoter which is DeVilliers events. The company took our money knowing this concert was not going to happen

There should be a facility to rate zero. I purchased tickets for the Blue Concert and after discovering the concert has been cancelled, am trying to get hold of Top Tickets for my refund. Their website is non-existent and any contact number is on voicemail. Ruan Pansegrouw is linked to 079 598 8888 as a contact on the ticket. No response. Why have they not been in touch with us who bought tickets. I want my refund. Avoid them at all costs.
