My experience with this company is awful, I am struggling to get my money back since last year for a concert that was canceled. They don't reply on your messages the telephone number is not working anymore. Seems like they are duck and diving to do there responsibility to the clients. I want my money back.
The service is ridiculous to say the most they deduct your money for easy for products that false I formation was provided but to refund it take forever, to be done and they just send you back and forth from one person to another with no success and everyone have a different story.
Extreamly poor,poor service or what can I say No service received from them been waiting since October. And today they good easy go and deduct money from my account, if you phone them they just transfer you to diffrent Departments but no one are able to help you to get the problem SORTED or fix. I have been a client for many years and this is the worst experience in my life with them. I urgently need feedback to get this SORTED immediately and received my money back like in yesterday. Frustrated and angry client to say the least.
If you get any service from them it is beyond poor to say at least. I am struggling to get payment loaded on my student account since May 2025. Evertime different stories or excuses from them. They are also very expensive to say the least, it is totally ridiculous to pay so much for nothing.... I am very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone in the nearby future.
I await a refund payment for extra money they received and need to be refunded since the 24th March 2025 everytime different excuse is used when I contact them. I really am frustrated with this company useless.
Good day, I have been struggling with them since the 23rd October to get an payment transfer to correct number and get my home wifi back online up until today no luck, everytime different story. I am so frustrated as the client, I need to follow up and try to get this thing SORTED out. This service that I am receiving is beyond poor.
I would just like to complain about all the bank fees that I have to pay on my account, it's really not on at all. And then the previous complain that I had, I received an e- mail yesterday that me as the client need to phone the person back!, I MEAN REALLY are you crazy to request this from your client would is complaining. This just give me more reason to go to another Bank.
Good day, we had the most awful experience with Absa Bank, yesterday. The Bank was offline and we as the clients was not inform at all,this for one of the big banks, we were not able to withdraw money or do swipe your card to buy anything at any store. We were left with a big inconvenience at Checkers because we good not buy our monthly groceries and put fuel in our vehicle. It's sad to say but Absa are not what it use to be, and become one of the worst Banks currently. We would rather go to another bank with beter client service, and don't leave you in the dark, with no heads up if any problem would occur. Very frustrated client.
Good day the service I received from Rain is very poor and if you try to phone them you have to hold on forever and ever. Really unsatisfied with them.
Good day, I was told my parcel will be delivered on the 7th August by Courier It. Today is the 12th of August still no parcel been delivered. But let me just inform you that me as the customer need to follow up every day. And worse of all they told me the Driver phone is on voicemail the whole time, so how can he be delivering anything if he need to confirm with the client for delivery. The people at Customer Care service can't even assist aswell, and jo management is available also to assist me as the client.
