On Takealot you get a chance to review products, on a few occassions my review got rejected because it appears to me they not taking negative reviews, then i get a bull**** answer that i must keep my review relevant to the product i ordered, mind you i’m reviewing the product. I’m a Level 6 reviewer on Google Maps so i know how reviews work! In my review i said the contents that was advertised is not the contents i received, i may voice my opinion because i waited long for my package and was dissapointed with knock offs and not what was advertised, so tell me where did i not stay relevant to what i ordered?? Takealot might as well take away their review section if you can’t review and share your dissapointment in not getting what you ordered!
Tried buying a pair from their online store but they don't deliver in my area, which is a bummer because i never had problems with deliveries, so i had to resort to another retailer who are stocking their shoes. You would think in this day and age and courier services available there should not be such hassles
This is actually a no star review, my sister and i bought Blue tickets in January for the March show which was postponed till October. October rolled up and the Blue concert was cancelled and my sister made contact with Itickets just to hear they not handling it because Toptickets took over, why were we not informed that they switched?? So we got a number for Toptickets which was non existent ofcourse!! Needless to say i’m still waiting on our refund, because why is there no one responding back to us?? Are we suppose to just forget about our money??
Don’t get me wrong i love shopping on the app but when you get a wrong product and you want to write a review about it, it gets rejected because the review needs to be related to the product but how can you relate to the product when you didn’t even get the right product in the first place. When you call to tell them to pick it up it gets picked up but you have to wait ages for it to get replaced again.
After being years a client of Telkom and my dad being an ex employee their services went down the drain, probably the worst network provider at the moment, really dissapointed.
Was really so effortless to shop on Bash but not anymore, i got blocked for no apparent reason, then i had to go to a branch to get it unblocked, like really, how can you order one week and the next week you get blocked and when you call to get it fixed, the forensic department nogal, they just tell you to go the branch and when you go to the branch they call the forensic department, like really?? Huge waste of time, don't even bother using this useless app rather just go to the store like in the good old days. I got blocked three times already and if i were behind on payments i would've also understood the blocking but i never miss a payment, the third time was my last. BASH is TRASH!!!
