Losing Faith In This Brand
It's been 2 months now, took my car for a service and also mentioned that there's a sound coming from the clutch eveytime my car stops on a hill or steap. The service went fine and they told me that I can take my car and they will give me a call when everything is approved so that they can fix the clutch or replace it. It's been 2 months... No communication has been sent and I have no idea what to do now. I am losing faith in this brand.. The service advisor was also sending the wrong information to the maintenance company and sending me the wrong Quote. There's a lot of competition now and I also need to trade in ... How can I trust this brand again.

Mokopane Studio 88 Horrible Staff
Please explain to me, how can you not exchange something that is white, my sister got turned away today (22/12/2023) because she was given the wrong shoes size in Mokopane... It is very expensive to go to town in Mokopane.. just imagine being turned away for having the shoe wrong size.what should you do with that shoe?.. Apparently they do not exchange any white staff that the customer has bought. You are a disgusting store and the staff there are horrfic. I can't stand your store and your Mokopane management. These people shouldn't be representing your store brand.. studio 88 is losing massive customers because of the treatment they receive in this horrible,useless and *********** store.

13th June and still not Delivered
1 Star is me being nice... Your customer service/experience does not exist, small business reply on your services but you are dragging them down with you. My Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 15th of June 2023... Today is the 22 of June 2023.. Since the 15th I've been calling your customer service center, trying to correct my address and Cellphone number...and every time I get the same reply... A ticket has been logged.......... My Parcel Tracking Number is : GKZZS00000035... Please find the Logged Ticket and Courier the GOD DAMN Parcel Already. You must be owned by the Government.... because you have the same energy as the Department of Home Affairs and other Departments.
