Please please please be aware of King price insurance, they Advertise Royal service but when it comes to claims they are the worse, I have never experienced such pathetic, poor service,I am appalled by the way they treat there clients, I had a burst water pipe which was an emergency as obviously it affected my water bill,they took there own sweet time to send someone,eventually they sent someone,knocked open my shower floor and wall tiles as tht is where the leak was and fixed the leak,3 weeks later and I am still waiting on them to come and fix the damage thy did to my shower,after getting the report from the accesor they telling me thy need to contact my previous insurance 1st, now cn someone pls tell me what does my previous insurance hve to do with my current insurance which I pay every month with no hassle and my claim has been approved and access paid but thy not coming out to complete the job,all they do is come up with excuses, it's so sad that we do right by paying insurance and then when it comes to claims clients get disgusting service as now me as the client is sitting with a raw shower I cannot use due to this messed up service I get from my insurer King Price,numerous calls and numerous emails with no replys, be aware people and choose wisely when u take out insurance as I would not like anyone else having to go through this stress.
Worse company ever, they came to do maintenance on our pool we had a new pool pump installed, for a registered company they did not install a outlet pipe wen why installed the pump,which means we could not drain our pool, after much back and forth they eventually sent someone out to install a outlet pipe, bear in mind our pool was in full working condition before they sent the guy to install the outlet pipe, he installed the outlet pipe without checking if it's working and if the water will drain, low and behold the outlet was not working and our pool was left in a non operational state after he left, now they refuse to send out the guy to fix his mess and they threatening us with lawyers to get away with fixing there mess, they do not answer there phones and do not reply to your messages and then they get angry when u as the client get frustrated for there poor service, it's been almost 2 months after they installed our new pool pump and now we are sitting with a non operational pool due to there negligence, very very poor customer service.
Worse courier company ever, they make an appointment with you to deliver a certain time and call you to confirm appointment and then they don't pitch, and when you call them they full of excuses, they cant even help you...very very dissapointing
Fastway couriers the worse courier company ever, I recieved a email on the 8 December stating that my parcel will be delivered that day, recieved nothing, the next day again recieved a email and still recieved nothing and up until today I have not recieved my parcel, used there whatsapp communication,they told me it will be delivered on the 9 December, today is the 12th and still nothing, I tried calling there customer care and they keep putting me through and putting the phone down in my hear, I will never ever recommend this courier company there service is pathetic, no communication from the courier what so ever and I have used many courier companies.
