Good morning,Ive lodged a complaint a few weeks back then I got a call and an email to send through to you a few documents then I did that . It took long to get a response from you but eventually this morning I got an email to say you have declined my application once more then to my Suprise even after you communicate this you don’t say anything about my refund and how you’ll collect your machine . Simce you don’t say anything about that it’s simply means through your advertising you only concerned about us buying the machine not even making us aware of any internal processes that we might end up not being able to use the machine should we not meet the expected criteria. I have bought the Ikhekhe speedpoint around November and been trying to have my profile completed to enable me to start transacting , have send numerous WhatsApp’s where they would always respond the same simce November , yesterday after sending a WhatsApp and explaining to the agent my frustrations he escalated my query then immediately got an email stating they have declined my profile application and stated they can not give me the reason why … This was send by Nateline Naidoo Customer Support Officer 087 222 7000 support@ikhokha.com What disappoints it’s the fact that she and her team don’t care about anything that has to do with my refund as I’ve bought their machine and prior that they don’t mention if you’ll undergo any process for any approval so I’m left stuck with their machine simply meaning Ive made a loss and they made a profit out of a sale in which the machine will never work
I’ve made a point countless times that I try to communicate with home connect in the past 3months 2 weeks but to my Suprise even after I’ve made a review on hello peter by complaining about their services I haven’t got anything positive from them of Vumatel ... They would always ask for the proof of payment and tell me they will do a second line application than refunding me but till this day non has ever happened I don’t have any wifi connection Installation done at my offices .... it cost a lot to have to buy data every day I hoping they will come through ... wish I had a way to upload all the communication that I’ve had with them to show I’m not just over reacting ... this is the second review I’ve done
Home connect is more like The Ambulance which we pay tax to keep it ongoing - I paid My hard earned money 2 weeks ago and waited for them to schedule an installation but till today they only communicate with me when I send a WhatsApp message to their line other than that there’s nothing from them .... and I but data everyday as I don’t have hope if they will ever come make an installation.... think I should get another service provide then again will surely struggle to get my money back ...
