I'm so upset and frustrated with Telkom. I've been disconnected for over 2 weeks just because the money is not updated on the main system, which doesn't make sense. Last Saturday they debited R1334 from my account after I've paid almost R2000, on the 20th, they said they've escalated the matter and it will be reconnected with 5-24 hours, today it's the 22nd, I called them again using my money, they're telling me that the money is still pending from another account to the main account. Therefore, they will do another escalation which will take another 5-24 hours, honestly where is sense in all this. This is really frustrating.
