Excellent Customer Service
Steffanie who was my service advisor was excellent. She kept me updated all the time from start to finish. She was very polite and patient. I'm also happy with the ETA. It took a week for my car to get sorted. So overall i'm very happy with Renew It Mt Edgecombe, my car looks 100%

Bad Service!
They sold me an accident damaged car. I realized this when i took the car for a service at VW. The damage was worth R72,000. I really wish i checked the car 100% before i bought it. They knew it was accident damaged buy they still sold it to me. Now i'm stuck with a car that was involved in an accident before which is not right.

Be Careful!!!!
People please please stay away from this dealership. They sell accident damaged cars. I bought a VW Vivo and discovered that it was accident damaged. When i told them, they took it back as a trade-in and sold me another car which was also accident damaged. They assured me that this car was fine only to find out that it too was accident damaged. When i took it in to VW for a service, they told me that the repair damage on the car was about 72k. Please make sure you check the car and inspect it 100% before you buy it from them. I hate this dealership and will never recommend anyone to purchase any cars from them because they are a bunch of ****mers. STAY AWAY people!!!!

It's been a very bad experience
It's been a very bad experience. I logged a claim on Monday and it's Thursday now with no feedback of the outcome.
