Poor service and poor WiFi connection
One word terrible. Poor service,takes days to respond without fixing the problem.wifi slow.most of the time just disconnect,they always promise to send technicians that don't even arrive or receive any contact

Order failed to be delivered only stories where delivered by rengabelcart fake store
Honestly the store it's pure scam, I ordered bag using layup the final payment was on 13 January 2023 the initial statement I was that it will be delivered within 7 days, after seven days I contacted the store, I was told its on its way will be delivered on a Friday 27 January 2023then boom non showed up, on the following Monday 30 January 2023 I contacted the store because when you send emails you get an automatic response that they will get back to you which they never do... The lady whom who assisted me told me the order its out on delivery it will be delivered before end of business day on Tuesday when I called to hear about the whereabouts of the order I was told it will be delivered during the week she will ask for the tracking number up until Friday 03/02/2023 I was told the Item I ordered its out of stock... 😡I asked myself what is it that was out to be delivered to me... Ringabelcart its a pure nonsense... Please please people do not bother buying there those people can't run business, they are putting a bad name on local business.

Online order
I will confidently rate them 0,they are not online store, they take chances, they don't know how to run business.... I placed and oder till today I haven't received my order... I tried to contact them keep on hanging up the phone when I try to ask questions about the order....tried to email the only thing I received its the automatic response....i will never recommend anyone to waste the time and money on the useless store
