I left the company a month ago and to this day my retirement fund claims have not been submitted to the fund. I have sent multiple emails to payroll and the consultant without any feedback. I have also requested that they send me my forms so I can submit them myself but that has not been done. Very disappointing service but I’m not surprised.
I would give a zero star rating if I could. I am utterly frustrated with the service at MTN. I received my data sim card on the 19th of January, to this day it hasn’t been activated. I called numerous times, sent emails with no luck. At this point I just want them to cancel my contract. If this is the service I get as a new customer I don’t want to see what it will be like once I’m deep in a contract with them.
If I could rate a zero star, I would. I went to Eve on Board on Thursday (15 Dec 2022). I received the most horrible service from Christina, girl was rude and seemed like she hated being there. The whole time she had a stinking attitude. That was done, I paid and left. On Saturday (17 Dec 2022) my one tip just broke, I took a picture and sent it to the WhatsApp number on Sunday morning. Later on Sunday another one broke. This morning, on Monday, I took another picture and sent it to WhatsApp, we then confirmed an appointment for 5pm. When I got there Christina was busy with a client, Sarah did the soak off - she clearly didn’t want to according to her attitude. After that she applied acrylic and left to go home. I stayed unattended from 5.30 till 5.48 when another lady came to paint my nails then only after that did Christina come to do finishings. Must I mention, she didn’t greet me, she just asked what happened when I said they just broke she responded with “that’s strange”. I am not happy with the customer service and the service on my nails, I am disappointed. I will never return there and I’ll continue alerting people of this bad experience as long as nothing is done about it.
