My husband passed away in 2023 ,and I’ve been sending them providing them my documents and sending them emails since ,no response what so ever ,my husband had shares and I would like to claim them but I’m not getting any response
Can’t believe I am back here ,after they called me promising to resolve the issue at hand ,my accounts are blocked don’t know if they understand the importance of my business account ,I am self employed I’m dependent on my business ,my kids are dependent on it and the issue hasn’t been resolved till date !I’ve been writing emails and making calls since April …Standard Bank is pathetic they list people without investigating,without communication…make it make sense please ! I need to access my accounts please!
Oh im mad as hell right now ,standard listed me without any communication ,no investigation whatsoever,I’m self employed and my accounts are blocked …I’ve called countless times and sent countless emails and I’m still not getting any assistance… Apparently they listed me in January 2024 and they did not communicate with me ,I found out through fnb because I couldn’t get access to my accounts This ridiculous
I’m so disappointed,I woke up 3weeks ago and my fnb accounts were all blocked including my business account 😞mind you I am self employed…fine I call and go to the branch only to find out that I was listed in 2023 Standard Bank listed me ,apparently they suspect Internet *****ulent activities,I’ve been explaining that I haven’t been using that account since December 2023 I couldn’t log on into my app and I had lost my perce with my card and licence …I’ve been writing emails,calling even sent an avidavite and a certified copy of my id,but I haven’t received any assistance…do these people investigate or do they just list us …I’m suffering here and I need assistance
I woke up and i couldn’t access my funds ,called then on Friday and I was told to go to the brunch ,have my fingers taken and I’ll get assisted ,went to the brunch on Saturday morning only to be told that the people that there’s only two investigators and they don’t work on weekends,Monday morning I head back to the brunch and I still don’t get answers and my account is still blocked …they don’t know why it’s blocked but I wa told they will send me an email and I’m still waiting…I need to use the funds in my account and I can’t ….fnb needs to tell me what’s going on 😡
My husband passed away in April 2023 and I’ve trying to claim ever since ,on a day to day I get excuses I don’t even care about the funeral policy and life cover I just want the investments that we both made and now I can’t seem to get it …I signed every single form and submitted every single document that was requested .till date I haven’t received a cent from them ….it’s our money why am I even struggling to get ?
I bought clothes for my kids on the 2nd of Dec and I was told they will be delivered on the 13th …till date I have t received anything ,I’ve been calling them and no one is able to help me
