PayFlex ONE OF SA'S BIGGEST ****STERS

Please be warned about PayFlex. SA's biggest ****sters. They are careless with your bank info. The support team is like reaching a ghost. Customer service is PATHETHETIC. If you are a victim of crime, even cyber crime and your accounts have to be frozen they deliberately delayed my query and charged me extremely high unfair penalties even though the delay is on their side, when you contact them to make manual payments, numbers do not work. Staff play or are dumb. There is no board of complaints. This Company should not be allowed to even advertise, T&C are misleading. I feel sorry for the elderly that can be taken for ride if PayFlex is allowed to do this to customers. This is ******* and just a facade to access peoples banking info and then ghost them.
