After having a platter for 2 we had the worst experience. At 1st my wife complained about a hair string In her food. After a while I had also a hair string in my food. This happened in N1 city branch. After we complained my plate was taken away and replaced with the contents that was left over. My wife and me being upset and asked if they can compensate us with a discount at least which the manager then refused and stated it is company policy not to give discount. We were very upset and told this will be the last that we will ever visit there. Poor customer service.
