Northside...more like Southside of pathetic...
This is the Ballito branch, if pathetic was a store, this would be it, it is the 3rd time I walked in and walked out after 15minutes of not being attended to, there's no host, who can explain the variety of items on display, the staff behind the counter look at their computers as if they are writing programs for NASA space exploration, and have no decency to acknowledge walk in customers, clearly this company is making enough money and need not perform basic sales processes, besides the many staff smoking directly outside the entrance to the store deep in conversation between themselves, the management of this store is pathetic to say the least, I went to AC DC in Ballito as I reside in the area, and received excellent service, Northside can keep advertising on ECR but reality is absolute incompetence and pathetic disrespect for walk in customers, maybe their contractors come first, which ever way, I would NEVER recommend nor EVER shop there ever again, keep at it Northisde, all the best!

Pathetic Aftersale service
Ceilo is still to contact me regarding furniture I purchased from them that is now defective of which I have contacted customer care several times also sending pics of which has now become tedious as I have absolutely no response to date.
