This company is not legit at all,they are ****mers please do not buy from them save your hard earned money,I have been waiting for my order for more than 7 days and the so called Buhle girl and the other lady keeps on saying it will be delivered today,everyime I call and they sound foreigners.so guys I have lost my +R1000. Never ever try to do business with them it's all **** and they give out **** order numbers and mine was #1327
I am not sure if this company is for real or ****mers, my experience with them sucks they don't respond to their email or WhatsApp messages for my order. I placed an order and was advised that it will take 5-7days and now it two weeks still not received it, i received a tracking number and when i call Fastway Couriers they say they did not get my parcel form my buyer. So now am being send to pillar to post, back forth from Fastway To Lotus now i don't know who is lying. bottom line do not order from Lotus if you need peace.
I placed an order in Feb 2024 (29263) and paid full but to date the order wasn't delivered. To try and phone them is totally impossible and therefor I have sent several emails to them and no response. The number on the website provided is no more going through. The promised to deliver on the 29th of Feb and they did not deliver and changed the date to deliver on the 4th of March and someone by the name Ndumiso called me on the 4th and he said he has my TV for delivery till today no delivery and when I call Ndumiso he is not answering my call anymore. As expected, NOTHING was delivered on Monday the 4th of March. People please do not order on this people, don’t know why the website is not blocked.
In October they assisted in recovery of my car of which it did not take them more than 30minutes to do so and the car was already found by the other security Company when they got there.Fine i did not have a problem with that as they have dispatched their team,my problem is that when I enquired about the fee the consultant advised I should not worry about the recovery because I am still under warranty.My warranty was ending in November and inDecember I get an invoice including that October recovery amount already stating that am in errears.why charging me now and they went on to debit my account twice on the 24th of December and I again they debited my account today with incorrect amount.i have tried to send emails but no response to them
