On the 10th of November, I bought two products from Lotus Pes and paid R625,00 for both,only to receive one item on the 22 November 2024.I then write an email to them addressed the issue of which the response was they are having a backlog.,till to date I haven't received my item and tried to remind them by writing emails after emails.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was awful, and the person responsible for responding to emails (presumably the owner or a manager) was rude and dismissive, taking no accountability for the issues. Communication was extremely delayed, and when they did finally reply, their tone was condescending and unhelpful. The entire experience was frustrating, and I will never order from them again

One thing about Lotus Pes holistic products? They will make you think you have your whole life figured out. I need Lotus to be so big that you walk into a market and buy it whenever you need it.

I bought sea moss and liquid chlorophyll that was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of November and I received confirmation from Ram which was supposed to deliver but for reasons that I'm still not aware of it was not delivered. Ram contacted me on the 11th of October wanting to make arrangements to deliver on the 12th and I told them its too late for them to deliver on the 12th i can not accept that sea moss after being in transit for such a long time. It is clear from the communication between Lotus pes and Ram that i declined to accept a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 8th on the 12th but Lutus pes. Surely Ram has has recordings of the phone calls they made to me that they can present as evidence because I spoke to them on the 8th and confirmed that im at home they can deliver and on the 12th i did decline to take the package.

If you want horrible customer service, buy from them . Not only do they take time to respond but they a rude in their manner of responses . Absolutely disgusted . Never buy from them again

Horrible customer service, basically nonexistent. I ordered a package and only received it 3 & 1/2 weeks later. Whenever I contacted them to find out how far the delivery was, I’d get no response. No tracking info. Zilch. Even if the product is incredible I won’t be a returning customer. Very unprofessional

This company is very bad. i ordered over a month and whenever we query they service consultant Sharon is rude. they blocked me on their social media and not responding on my order
