I booked an appointment with PG Glass Midrand (Friday), I went there on the day only to be told that the glass ordered was not the correct one.. I then agreed to go on Monday, I was assisted but they left a mark on my car …..2 weeks after the windscreen replacement, now car is has a leak on the passenger side (I have had my car for 2 years now and I have never had such a problem) …
I contacted Suzuki Bryanston to report that my car battery was giving me problems. I bought the vehicle brand new from your dealership around 1 year and 7 months ago. The person I spoke to informed me that the battery warranty had expired, as it only covers 12 months but they can check and try to assist me.I also mentioned that my vehicle is due for a service soon and shared the current mileage. Based on that, I was advised to bring the car in so it could be checked. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was told that I should go to a battery centre instead. Naturally, I asked why I was told to drive all the way there if the dealership was not going to assist me. I was then addressed by someone named Jean ****s, who told me that I was not forced to come in and that I shouldn’t blame the dealership. I found this response quite unprofessional. Instead of being defensive, I expected better communication and at the very least, an apology for the inconvenience. Advising customers poorly and then blaming them for following your own instructions is not the kind of service I would expect from a trusted dealership. I hope this experience is noted and addressed internally, as it left me feeling disrespected and dismissed.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was awful, and the person responsible for responding to emails (presumably the owner or a manager) was rude and dismissive, taking no accountability for the issues. Communication was extremely delayed, and when they did finally reply, their tone was condescending and unhelpful. The entire experience was frustrating, and I will never order from them again
Ram courier is the worst delivery company ever, very unreliable !!! My parcel was out for delivery today, I wanted at work till 5pm and no feedback as yet and when you call them, they hang up… They should just be closed down because clearly they don’t care about their customers
Budget insurance was very helpful with my claim, everything went well with the repair centre. My only issue now is that I have been trying to get hold of them (to no avail), to request that they do something with my door latch which is very loose after the accident.I did mention this prior to the repair centre fixing my car, the repair centre even went as far as checking to see if they can assist but now its loose again. Please do look onto this
I would like to thank Automagic Midrand for the job well done. We didnt start on a good note however Keagan was very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me updated from the day I took the car in, to the day I fetched it. He went over and above and for that I would like to say…Well done Keagan and keep up the good work👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I actually checked this company’s reviews and they are quite decent. I went to the Midrand branch and so far,I am not too happy with the assessor there as she does not speak too well and she just speaks over everyone. I am hoping that she sees this and does better going forward because I was not expecting that at all, more especially from someone who deals with customers all the time. Listening is a skill and it just doesn't hurt listening to what the next person has to say with no interruptions
Budget has been very helpful with my claim thus far. The only thing you should probably look at is the repair centres you choose for your clients. I stay in Midrand and had to drive all the way to Edenvale to the workshop(“closest to me”), and when I check their reviews online. They are bad and the rating is at 3.3 I would understand if this was a pro bono claim but its not,I pay in order for you guys (assessor)to assign my claim to a good and reputable and reliable repair centre
I was renting a unit at Birchfield Complex, I moved out 31.10.2023. Surprisingly a bill came for November and it was +/- R1000.Mind you the 1 year and 6 months that I was staying at the unit, the maximum I have paid was R198 for water as electricity is prepaid. Sent a discontinuation form. They claim that the discontinuation form was sent late and therefore I need to pay for the water and electricity I did not use. That's just madness
