Order No 138405540 I ordered seven items and there were problems with three out of the seven items. 1kg McCain frozen slap chips wasn't completely sealed, 1.5L X 6 aqualle sparkling water but only received four and stale bread. I was credited for the frozen chops and sparkling water but not for the bread.
I bought seaI bought sea moss and liquid chlorophyll that was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of November and I received confirmation from Ram which was supposed to deliver but for reasons that I'm still not aware of it was not delivered. Ram contacted me on the 11th of November wanting to make arrangements to deliver on the 12th and I told them its too late for them to deliver on the 12th i can not accept that sea moss after being in transit for such a long time. When they phoned me they tried to make it seem as though they just received the package and i pointed out to them that i received an sms and phone call the previous week already about that delivery. It is clear from the communication between Lotus pes and Ram that i declined to accept a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 8th on the 12th but Lutus pes. Surely Ram has has recordings of the phone calls they made to me that they can present as evidence because I spoke to them on the 8th and confirmed that im at home they can deliver and on the 12th i did decline to take the package.

I've had a connectivity problem since December until today it has still not been resolved. I'm basically paying and getting next to nothing in return.
I placed an order with Supersonic fibre on the 10 September 2020, On 1 October a technician from Vodacom came in to install the cables into my home.(20 days after order, which was over SLA as the agreement is 7-14 days) On the 3rd of October I then followed up to find out when will delivery of the router happen as I have been waiting for 23days now. After alot of back and forth from the call center I requested that the router gets couried to me. An email was sent with my user profile and logins. I recieved the router on Monday the 5th of October, but the router wont connect to the internet. Again I call the call center spending countless hours on the phone with them two days in a row, no one could figure out why I have no internet connection, spoke to technical support and customer service supervisors that advised there are 2 profiles under my name and one needs to be deleted, and the only person that could do this was person from their JHB offices. The same person that they had been escalating to and did not resolve the query. After many phone calls and battles with the CS call center I was informed that they will send out a technician, the technician never came out just telephonically reconfigured the profile, and advised the problem lies with Vodacom, Vodacom that came out 7days ago, none of the call center staff was able to pick that up. Today is day 28 without internet access. Although they're service level agreement is 7-14days. Supersonics service is appalling.
Worst experience of my life dealing with Biddulphs , they are so unprofessional and have worst service ever.
