Do not get answers their emails or their phone number giving, they owe me R1450.00. I made a mistake instead of paying R145.20 I paid R1450.00. Both Temu who nominated them as courier and buffalo are not interested.
Please do not order anything from this company. I have been waiting since December for delivery. Do not reply to emails
From the very first meeting I felt part of a family
Last year I have had to return 3 items on the trot to Game I live 4 towns away from South Coast Mall I get sent back and forth until the sort it, this time it is a Ryobi Chainsaw which I purchased on 23 October which I used twice and it popped its sparkplug, the guarantee is for a year or 2 game quoted me to fix it R200 below the new price. A lumber jack was using the machine. The staff at complaints know me well already and are very sympathetic, having to bring products back time and again. I have had nthing but drama everytime I buy for game. I would never recommend buying power tools from game.
Incident # 01215487 I have just managed to clear this incident up after months of of struggling now, I phone capitec to find out what is going on with my Quickbooks account and they have terminated their contract with Quickbooks because apparently QuickBooks wanted to charge them a service fee, you would think they would ask their clients first if they would be prepared to pay the fee but they just terminated without even notify me.
We have been banking with Capitec Business for a little over a year and have experienced nothing but incompetence. We tried to add an extra user to our banking profile, but we were unsuccessful. Recently, we gave up and decided to open a new account. They contacted us once but have not reached out since. Changing banks is a major challenge for our business. We are located on the South Coast of KZN, and no branch has a consultant trained to assist us. We are desperately in need of help.
I have being given the run-a-round by travelstart since the 27/1/2025, they have received payment from me, through the travelstart app. I would be very careful to anyone considering use them
This is the most inefficient bank I have dealt with I have being holding on for their dispute department for an hour this is so frustrating, the staff do not know their product, I live on the South Coast and there is not one Capitec that can help me with business banking.
I waited very long for the product to arrive, then had to phone, and there was no communication from VChem. The product arrived 5 kg of POG, When I weighed it with container it weighed in at 4.55kg. This product is very expensive.
I have been struggling for numerous month to receive my credit due to me which was R5780.00 eventuallyI bought a phone to reduce the credit, there is now an amount of R799.00 outstanding for 2 month still no joy, see emails below, 3 weeks before this I had sent him all the details he asks again for, now I am just ignored.
