Today 5/08/ 2025 i went to pay my iFoni yam final installment. Phone showed updating one UI 7 update, then rebooted and turned off since. I went to query this with the store and Sthembiso ( Manager) made all excuses. He said it is not Ackermans issue nor iFoni yam's issue. I asked him can he enquire with samsung.. This contract last instalment got paid today and this phone switched off. He said no Samsung will refuse to even touch my phone because there is a scratch . He sent us off . i feel that i was ****med by iFoni yam and Ackermans.
They failed me as customer. 22 may 25th I went to Khayelitsha mall to query about my savings account. Where the consultant said I don't know what's wrong with the account, he said I logged an incident I need to wait for Legal department to contact me. I explained to him that,I receive my children social grant on this account,I please assist me. He said " No he can't as he doesn't know what is wrong, I must go wait for a call. Friday 23rd I work up at 6:am contacted whatsApp channel where the Agent was very helpful & explained clear that I need to contact Lawyers who instructed my Capitec to place a stop hold. Indeed I contacted Lynn & Inc and it was explained clear that it's because of a Wesbank account that I'm behind. We made binding payment plan, same Friday the Lawyers sent Capitec an instruction to uplift the hold .They advised me to keep following up with Capitec Legal to ensure that the Hold is removed for my children social grant to be paid. Monday I sent en email to Capitec Legal to enquire whether the hold has been cleared. They rep**** that the matter has been escalated to another department, shoyi need further information I must contact that other department by email or visit the branch. I sent two emails to this department and haven't received any feedback,. I went to Claremont branch and shame that consultant was professional and could see he was willing to listen, asked relevant qualifications. He then contacted telephonically the relevant department.l The lady on the line was unhelpful, cold . He just went on about the emails that I have sent. She out said " No there's nothing she can do, can't escalate . I must go and send emails. My frustration that I keep on explaining, I am unemployed, I am depending to social grant to feed my children. This social grant gets deposited into this account. But it keeps failing in deaf ears. They failing me & my children.
We are being ****med by Debt clear , they promised to assist and now they keep debiting. They not communicating or calling. They last said nothing more will come out of our bank account, but now non stop debits from them. They keep changing telephone number. We tried all numbers they gave to us and none of them works. Please help 🙏🏽
Avbob Mthatha failing to refund R560, we paid for flowers be sent with our father's coffin. They forgotten to bring the flowers. We spoke to Vuyo ( consultant ) at Avbob Mthatha, promised to refund us Now she blocked us on WhatsApp..
They forgotten to bring flowers to my dad in-laws funeral, we paid R560 . funeral was on the 10th December 2022. We find ourselves calling Avbob Tsolo and this lady Vuyo is not understanding our frustration.
