I took out a wear and tear policy with Innovation for my Toyota. The agent promised me that I would be able to claim from policy immediately, without waiting for the 3 month waiting period, if I paid for three months upfront. He also quoted me a different amount than what was stated on my policy documents. I queried this with a customer service agent who then promised that this would be investigated. And I have yet to receive feedback. They keep calling me outside of office hours, the phone rings for like a second, giving me no opportunity to answer the call and then I can't call back because its outside of office hours. So the call cuts. It's ridiculous. I have emailed them because I want to cancel this policy due to the lack of professionalism. I need a response.
I have been trying to get in contact with someone in order to cancel my account, which has been a fruitless endeavour. I jave been emailed by 2 different ladies (Lee-Anne and Anthea) who have both noted that I would be contacted my representative and I have been waiting for 2 weeks. I have received a call, which happened while I was consulting with patients. And when I tried to return the call I keep getting cut off, or am simply left on hold for long periods of time.
My car warranties contract ended in October, M-sure debited my account at the end of October, and when I was assured this would be the last transaction, they debit my account once again at the end of November. Despite having contacted them, they also have not sent through a confirmation of cancellation of my contract with them.
Their service was fast and efficient, and they were friendly. I thought I'd wait longer for my disc but it arrived quite fast. They were also diligent in sorting out issues
