Painless transition from two faulty Megane 2 Key Cards to 2 better than new (the boot opening activation is better than from new on both the key cards now) in brand new keycard cases. A brilliant system once installed. And may the gods help you if your installer is only an installer and not a fully fledged expert, who then leaves your system installed but non-functional. The soothing tones of the call center do nothing to alleviate the frustration when they fail to follow through again, and again, and again. However if you require help or assistance thereafter with an additional battery, or technical help, good luck. Your emails and endless calls to a call centre will result in one liner responses of "I have requested with the installers for a date I’m waiting for the response from them" or the like. MY ADVICE IS TO REVERSE THE MONTHLY DEBIT ORDER ON YOUR ACCOUNT until your issue is resolved. We need to start a national HELP LINE for frustrated customers... It seems that this won't be improving until they have competition, its a typical sign of monopolising - the old "you don't like our service? Go elsewhere. Oh, lol, you can't because at the moment we are the only ones offering this package so suck it up." Ensure you have a strong paper trail as I have done, should you need legal assistance. An unanswered or ignored e-mail carries great weight.
