Avoid Harrie’s pancakes in Dullstroom
Seems that all the reviews for the Dullstroom branch say the same thing. The owner/ manager is exceptionally rude. The service is exceptionally slow. Now they have no plan for loadshedding- multiple menu items are unavailable. Seems like they are thinking that their ‘good’ name will be enough to keep them open… risky where there are now many better quality competitors in Dullstroom. I note that they are also yet to respond to a review on this platform…. Indicates that they really don’t care about customers?

Siesta…. Rather have an actual nap
Maybe it’s better over the weekend? On a Thursday night there was one (very good) waiter. Order took forever, no stock on multiple menu items- E.g no chicken wings, only had 2 out of 5 desserts, could not make an Irish coffee. The food is flavourless/ bland- ‘hot’ chicken livers had no heat at all., not a lemon in sight. Outside is pretty, but the interior is filled with dusty junk A really disappointing experience.

Getting a phone delivered by MTN
Recently renewed my contract via the App. That service was good. Getting the phone has proved a challenge…. Could not take delivery because fingerprints would not read…. How does a courier service have access to a Home Affairs database? Was promised a response after 24 hours. No response. Sent to 2 different numbers. Promised a response after 24 hours…. Still waiting. MTN blame the courier…. Does their service work?
