Amazing customer experiences and travel journey
Wow wow. Where do I start. Thompson travel has provided me and my family an amazing travelling experience. This was made seamless and possible with the assistance of Ms Nomfundo. She’s such an amazing person to work with your travel arrangements. Dear Nomfundo- thank you for you assistance and almost journeying with my family in our travel arrangements be it with changes and last minute arrangements . I really appreciate what you have done. What amazing , professionally and swift claims process
I was involved in an MVA on the 1st of July 2023. Naked came onboard right from the accident scene and provided continuous support and communication during a very traumatic incident. Ms Annan assured me with claims process which was done and completed within 21 days. I will be a forever naked client due to the amazing service rendered. I also have encouraged my friend to change her insurer due to my own personal experience and she’s very happy as well. Thank you to the naked team, keep up the amazing service. It is appreciated.👏👏🙏🙏

Bad customer service
The services received was appalling. The salesperson Sphiwe provided a good sales pitch and promised a professional service. I paid my deposit for order on the 08/04/2022. I informed the sales man that the house is not yet ready for installation, soon as house was ready for installation I informed sales man. On the 28th September I informed sales man that were are ready for installation. He informed me that expedited installation period is within 6 weeks. Installation only started on the 10 December 2022 after I had given the company an ultimatum that should they not install by the 10th I require my full deposit refund. What was appalling the most was the lack of communication when monies where paid even when I requested installation, I had to call and follow up numerous times to just receive a service I was informed I will received without difficulties as promised by salesman. The installation was done beautifully and shutters are looking beautiful but I will never recommend this company to family or friends or others- they have a good product but very bad customer service especially when you have made payments to them. We still want to install all folders doors in our home- I will not be placing the order with them due to their bad service .
