Recently bought a JBL speaker from them, I’m more than happy.
First bought a polarbox cooler on the 9th of October 2025 I still haven’t received that but I received all the other products I have bought after paying for the polarbox I still don’t have a date on when the cooler box will be delivered Amazon agents say the coolerbox is not in store but I still see it advertised and I can still add it to my cart so I wonder how that actually works looks like my order is deliberately being delayed we are approaching December now still no communication in regards to my order I have all the evidence that I can provide if need be.
Had the worst experience with FNB. I bought a product the product was never delivered I asked FNB agents if there’s a procedure to do a reversal they said there is I asked them about the requirements they told me about the charges I was okay with that. I then received an email stating the money can’t be reversed because the recipient is refusing I then sent an email to enquire, why didn’t they tell me that the recipient was still going to be asked because emails were sent to the recipient they never replied. Even tried escalating the matter with FNB Care nothing happened no reply nothing, the reversal procedure is a scam you will never receive the money you lost I have given up. I hope there isn’t another client who falls for that reversal procedure
