A complete waste of time and space. For years, I’ve given this store chances, hoping for improvement. There is none. You will walk in and be ignored. The items you want will be "out of stock" with a perpetual "truck coming Friday" promise. The massive warehouse is a ghost town. Last year, I spent R30k and still got the wrong items delivered to my house. Today took the cake. A salesperson confirmed 11 mirrors in stock, rang me up, and then ran over to say all 11 were broken. My desk? Had to be ordered. Again. How do they stay in business? They deprive their own staff of sales and pay for a huge, empty building. Save yourself the frustration. Avoid at all costs
I had a plumbing emergency late one evening when a pipe in my home suddenly burst, flooding the kitchen and leaving me in a complete panic. I contacted DJK, and within minutes I had a professional on the line who reassured me and guided me on what to do until help arrived. Their team was on-site quicker than I expected, fully equipped, and immediately got to work. They stopped the leak, replaced the damaged section, and made sure everything was safe before they left. What really stood out was their professionalism, calm approach under pressure, and the fact that they cleaned up the mess before leaving. Even with a months notice they were unable to get fiber installed at my home, gladly took my money and then started the long list of excuses 1 we dont have stock of routers 2 the router is being held up by couriers 3 we need proof of address "mailed withing minutes" 4 the previous provider not releasing the line "after i was told they work on their own infrastructure and have in writing that the line was released. 5 i have proof the previous provider held the line and e-mails where i have escalated the matter" yet to be seen" 6 after more than 3 weeks without reliable internet arrogantly you get told to go back to you old provider and i'll refund you. 7 two weeks of trying to conact the owner via calls and whats app "although active" — No Refund These individuals had a months notice to install, arrangements started beginning of October, November 25 my line was to be installed and i stressed the importance of this matter as my wife is a graphic designer/marketer and has high profile clients. 20 December still no internet and was told to go back to my previous provider which was running the next day, on this day i was told id be refunded TODAY its now the 5th of January - still no refund and the owner refuses to take my calls or respond to whats apps. Worst service EVER, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
