This company is only sales driven, and once they have you locked down in a contract- their service is absolutely non-existant!!! We currently use them for our internet service which went through Afrihost for a long time via their LTE solutions, and since then they have switched us over to another Telecom provider and we have had endless outages! Firstly we have an uncapped contract with them, yet we keep getting notified that our internet is OUT OF BUNDLE, and then ProPABX quickly top up their sim card with more data. This is absolutely PATHETIC. The speeds promised initially was 60mbps+ of which we would sometimes reach with Afrihost, but since moving to the other Telecoms provider we cannot reach even 10mbps. This is disgusting considering we have 3 additional sim cards with the same Telecoms provider using mobile routers of inferior quality and reach speeds of 25mbps+ with them. This backup solution has become our primary source of internet over the past 3 months. They even had us purchase an external antenna (FROM THEM, i should add) at an additional cost, to try and boost our signal. This antenna is just an ornament on the outside of our building now, useless just like ProPABX. After numerous complaints over SEVERAL months, we have yet for somebody to come to our premises and sort this out. We are cancelling our service with them (needless to say this is also a big issue with a one-month notice being required after threats from them that they have cut our service until we agree not to cancel). Immoral management, and pathetic service. I cannot convey enough how disgusted i am at the actions and communications of mr. Wentzel Marais, their Managing Director.

The sales agents were fantastic. Quick with feedback and documentation. Their accounting side, on the other hand, was very aggressive when documentation and payment was required. We opted for the once-off purchase, instead of the monthly fee. Installation was delayed with several different excuses, but it got done. Our major issue is with the service levels since installation. Requesting and requesting assistance or techs to call back with no joy. Logged a problem on the 12th of Jan, received no calls, followed up a week later, still nothing. Finally decided today that enough is enough. Everyone should think twice before making use of their services.

Even with a months notice they were unable to get fiber installed at my home, gladly took my money and then started the long list of excuses 1 we dont have stock of routers 2 the router is being held up by couriers 3 we need proof of address "mailed withing minutes" 4 the previous provider not releasing the line "after i was told they work on their own infrastructure and have in writing that the line was released. 5 i have proof the previous provider held the line and e-mails where i have escalated the matter" yet to be seen" 6 after more than 3 weeks without reliable internet arrogantly you get told to go back to you old provider and i'll refund you. 7 two weeks of trying to conact the owner via calls and whats app "although active" — No Refund These individuals had a months notice to install, arrangements started beginning of October, November 25 my line was to be installed and i stressed the importance of this matter as my wife is a graphic designer/marketer and has high profile clients. 20 December still no internet and was told to go back to my previous provider which was running the next day, on this day i was told id be refunded TODAY its now the 5th of January - still no refund and the owner refuses to take my calls or respond to whats apps. Worst service EVER, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

terrible service lies non existent customer service to an extent where my Husbands Company is being badly effected and threats by an attorney only to be Wentzels Dad Chris I am now going legal route and attorney will make contact with Mercantile etc I have no words, to place a review one must select a star this company should have none BEWARE THEY LIE AND DECEIVE AND NOT MAN UP
