The sales agents were fantastic. Quick with feedback and documentation. Their accounting side, on the other hand, was very aggressive when documentation and payment was required. We opted for the once-off purchase, instead of the monthly fee. Installation was delayed with several different excuses, but it got done. Our major issue is with the service levels since installation. Requesting and requesting assistance or techs to call back with no joy. Logged a problem on the 12th of Jan, received no calls, followed up a week later, still nothing. Finally decided today that enough is enough. Everyone should think twice before making use of their services.
As a South African, I've made peace with the idea of scheduled loadshedding (even if there's never kept to the schedule). But this goes beyond inconvenience. This whole summer season, we've experienced power outages everytime it rains! The moment the first drop falls, OUT IS THE POWER! So, naturally, we call the Rustenburg Municipal Call Centre to report it. And no matter how nice you try to be, you get a grumpy and rude person on the other end of the line (that is to say if the call gets answered). And to make matters worse, it the takes them up to 2 or 3 hours to \fix"the problem"
