Even with a months notice they were unable to get fiber installed at my home, gladly took my money and then started the long list of excuses 1 we dont have stock of routers 2 the router is being held up by couriers 3 we need proof of address "mailed withing minutes" 4 the previous provider not releasing the line "after i was told they work on their own infrastructure and have in writing that the line was released. 5 i have proof the previous provider held the line and e-mails where i have escalated the matter" yet to be seen" 6 after more than 3 weeks without reliable internet arrogantly you get told to go back to you old provider and i'll refund you. 7 two weeks of trying to conact the owner via calls and whats app "although active" — No Refund
These individuals had a months notice to install, arrangements started beginning of October, November 25 my line was to be installed and i stressed the importance of this matter as my wife is a graphic designer/marketer and has high profile clients.
20 December still no internet and was told to go back to my previous provider which was running the next day, on this day i was told id be refunded TODAY its now the 5th of January - still no refund and the owner refuses to take my calls or respond to whats apps.
Worst service EVER, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
