Trying to sort my account for ages but no help what so ever!!
If I could give 0 stars I would have! I'm sick and tired to try and pay my account! How is this possible for a person to struggle to pay your account? I've been phoning since May 2024 to try and receive my account so that I can make sure to pay my account monthly but no help from the call center or the eager agent that harassed me to get my business. Can someone PLEASE contact me via this complaint so that I can sort this as this is causing me a lot of stress.

ABSA Vredenburg the most pathetic bank EVER!
I've been dealing with ABSA Bank in Vredenburg regarding money my husband sends from Ireland with Western Union. First problem is there in NO customer service at this bank and the actual people working there is useless and very unfriendly. Second problem is you have to make an appointment with a lady (Brazille) to have your money. All the other branches you can just walk in and receive your money. So what nonsense is this that there is only 1 person (that is VERY ****y and rude!) to do this Western Union transactions? Why can't there be more people to service the clients? Third problem: They don't help you with Western Union transactions on Saturdays. What type of bank is this that can't assist their clients on a Saturday? This alone speaks volumes of what they think of their clients! Fourth problem: This very ****y lady (Brazille) has the audacity to tell me over the phone (when I complained and asked why there is only 1 person doing this transactions) that I'm more than welcome to come and see the branch manager. So I went to the branch to see the manager, but to no surprise to me, there was NO BRANCH MANAGER ANYWHERE (and there is cubicles for 2!). There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT to ask where the manager is. There is 1 cashier, 2 ladies just sitting around and 1 person assisting people for new card (and he was standing outside). Now, due to this pathetic bank, I can only be assisted on Tuesday the 2nd of January 2024 which means no food for my children. This is honestly an bank that feels nothing for their customers at all and I will be closing my bank account with them asap (not that they will be bothered)

Beautiful Dress & Professional Help
I ordered my wedding dress from Urchin Couture and from the get go I was in contact with the owner/designer and she helped me step-for-step how to design my dress as well as how to take measurements. Put my order in and dress was beautiful and on time for my wedding. Got loads of compliments for my dress and I also had 1 guest asking me for a number so that she could make her dress as well. Can highly recommend her.
