It doesnr even deserve 1 star as I would not recommen buy any handbags from the guess store in Galleria! My husband purchased my pink guess handbag for my birthday in January 4months down thr line the stitching was opening and then the hand and stuff started cracking when u emailed guess they say they needed proof of payment etc so I sent a bank statement showing the purchas then I was asked to take the bag back to the store to be assisted when I went to the galleria store the people that worked there wasn't even aware of me coming in the store 2leave the bag 2 be assisted then they say that they don't know the protocol for the assessment..I then asked 4the manager but the manager was gone home. I stated I need some kind of proof to state that um leaving my bag at the store as I did pay alot for the bag and without proof I can't claim that I left my bag herr...they refused to give me something in writing....I had 2 eveb tell them 3 give me their name atlst....few days went by I emailed to get feedback.no reply then I emailed again ...then they say there's nothing they can do as it's passed the 6months for the bag!! I mean the bag costed R1899!!!!! And they say there's nothing they can do. Hardly used the bag as it was so embarrassing to it as the way it looked !!! Guess are yours selling **** guess bags at your store?????????? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THEIR MONEY ON GUESS! One would think you pay so much for quality yet it's like buying tge **** brand as it's quality is just as **** original or not! I'm really disappointed with this!!!
My review on cargo hold isn't even worth 1 star .The service was terrible and my order was done incorrectly. the worst tasting steak no taste horrible !!!rather eat paper . The waiter didn't even come and check on us. I had to keep calling for other waiters,the funny part was we ordered starters but our main meals came out first and then the starters came!!!! the manager is a rude guy with no customer service what so ever which is why his staff are like that as well. He had a problem with another customer who was also complaining about the service and their food. The manager was arguing with the customer in front of everyone and the restaurant had a lot of people . He didn't even come and apologized to us about our meals as we did go there for my birthday. We couldn't even have dessert there as we were refused service . Even when we walked in he was very rude i greeted him and he just said "i was late and i would have given your table away" didn't even let us explain that we went to the wrong entrance . The staff and manger there need training as they lack it 100%. Very disappointing . This was my 2nd time there and after my experience 4 /01/2022 ill never recommend going there.
