STBB, poor experience.
Not a happy experience with STBB. After me giving them the business to handle the sale of my property, I was not impressed with the hidden costs that came my way. The best is the charge for paying me my municipal rates balance. Then also when the municipality sent me my final statement they said that STBB would refund me. After 3 weeks I phoned STBB and was told they can only pay me after I send them proof of the municipal final statement and had I not followed up they STBB was not going to refund me the balance, they said they would, once I sent them proof will go through their banking account to see if the municipality had paid them. Don't do business with these guys is my advice.

beware the web, WebAfrica.
Beware when you sign up with these clowns. If you for example rent a new apartment for a year and sign up for a year with Webafrica, you in trouble and will pay a cancellation fee. And it's more than a month's rental.so you think that when you give notice at the 11 months to WebAfrica that they must cancel your subscription at the end of your 12 months usage, you are complying with the notice period. We'll they claim you are not as you supposedly can only cancel after the 12 months period. This is a problem, because you sign a 12 month rental least for accommodation, then are expected to keep your Webafrica subscription going another month to ensure you pay no cancellation fee. Nowhere does webafrica highlight this to you when you sign up. Everything with them is via electronic communications and effective communication is lacking. Beware when you sign up and always read the hidden costs and be ready to be ********** when you cancel with them. Don't sign up with them as they are not very transparent and you will be a victim to their fine print. Devil is in the detail, which they don't readily advise you of.

Over priced menu options....
Been going there for many years. However went there on heritage day 2023 after a year and was very disappointed in the heritage lunch special on offer. The famous bobotie was ordered with a side salad and pumpkin fritters. For R120 the portion size was fine dining style and not appreciate. To fill up we ordered a baked red velvet cheese cake and cuppachino. Again we were disappointed with cold coffee and the cheese cake was awful. Not going there again in a hurry. We will try other restaurants now in the lovely Hekpoort Valley.
