This is the worst company to use. They have no idea what they are doing. I paid for damages, and I have a refund due. Getting a refund from them its like drawing water out of a stone. Flexclub will let you as the client deal with Avis sh**** and not protect you. If its not incorrect billing, its them refusing to refund you and threating you with car collectors. Never use AVIS and FLEXCLUB
What is it with flexclub always changing our subscription without a notice or agreement. This is b****s****. from R6773 to R7170 to R7500. This is annoying AVIS and Flexclub
I rented a car with Pace Durban and returned it on 03rd May. I am still waiting for my deposit, and when I email Kerushna she doesn't even bother to reply. I have sent numerous whatsapp messages without assistance. They have such poor customer service and would never recommend them to anyone. I returned the car with a full tank and was sent an invoice charging me for petrol. I sent a picture and they are quiet... Please return my money!!!!
