I have been ripped-off my hard-earned money by framework property services. I occupied one of their units in Randfontein Greenhill Palms for over a year. I followed all their procedures to cancel my lease as I was relocating closer to work, only to be made aware today that they deducted a whole R2095 from my deposit money which was R4300, the money deducted was confirmed to be for Painting that's ridiculous. i was even patient and waited a whole 18 days for my deposit. I left their unit in a clean good condition state with few minor paint dirt which could have been wiped off, the caretaker of the building can attest to this. I requested the person who was processing my deposit query to provide me a clear overview of how they evaluated the painting to be R2095 and no satisfying response received. To the management of this rental agency, it's not fair what you are doing to your ex tenants considering the fact that I never ever gave you issues during my lease period, always paid my rent on time and now you are robbing me of my hard-earned money. I feel so disappointed at my self to even think i was considering using them again in my current location.

I logged a claim for my lost cell phone on the 10th January 2022 to Makro protect. i have just been notified that my claim was declined due to the fact that it's my fault to lose it in a public space. I accidentally forgot my phone inside the toilet in a nearby shopping center. what i do not understand is the fact that my claim can be declined as if i left it intentionally. For me to pay their insurance was to assist myself in cases whereby by i loose or damage my phone and i do not have money to replace it myself. worse part of it, i submitted everything which they requested in order to process my claim. I find it very disappointing that Makro Protect cannot help me in time of need. I am even regretting paying their insurance that couldn't even help me.
