They did not fix my car properly the 1st time , when i returned it (return job) they did not care to give me a courtesy car while they make plans to fix my car properly again, so that i could continue with my plans. Very dissapointed. Both the branch manager and the managing director of the dealership did not care about the inconvinience they have caused me and family this Dec 2023.
Very poor claiming service. Logged a claim 9 Dec 22, till today claim has not been approved or declined. Everytime i call - i am told - i will be called back, but i am never called back. These people do not care about the damage their customers have. Claims before this also - were decline and no communication - i had to still follow up and was told their were declined.
