LIBERTY Life...works hard to be Liberty DEAD!
After 6 months of failing to respect my request to go from.smoker, at the expense of my premiums, I finally got a call SO EXCITED. " OKAY MAAM THIS IS AVOUT YOUR COVID ABOUT 20 MINUTES. NO1 WHEN FID YOU GET Covid!!!! I have never had Covid just prove it am a damn non smoker. The level of incompetence is NEXT LEVEL

Liberty Care's less!
Disgusting customer care-less. Been requesting since May that my status change from smoker to non smoker as it drops my premiums. followed up 3 times and still waiting to this day for their nurse to book the appointment so they keep pocketing my premium and ignoring my request for a change of status

Swiitch Beauty Customer CARELESS!!!
Heartbreaking as I was a loyal customer for years. Paid on June 28th for my product-have mailed daily to all addresses available on their website, even tried contact via instagram and NOTHING. After maybe 6 mails I received one mail checking my e-mail address , I have now mailed daily - over 10 mails and absolutely NOTHING. No confirmation of order, no courier number. No explanation or apology. I feel ****med out of R790 with absolutely no recourse. Note there is no phone number to call. ....products but cannot believe how customer CARELESS they are - how do I get my money back!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE - They just don't care!
Worst experience from day one. They took almost 6 weeks to process my application leaving me without cover as I had given notice to my previous scheme. They then double debited me the first round which I had to wait for them to reimburse. I have had to submit a claim 3 times and despite my submitting proof of my payment they first allocated payment to the service provider and now have stated this is a double claim and so it is rejected. REJECTED. They didn't even have my proof of payment on file and asked me for query numbers....I told them they must surely have a digital file of my uploads as I submitted my claim on both the mobile app and via mail....useless useless useless..... stay far away!
