I have to be brutally honest: Rain’s customer service is nothing short of pathetic. I am disgusted by how little they care about their paying customers. When the network works, they’re silent. But the moment something goes wrong, they completely disappear and leave you stranded. This past week exposed exactly how unreliable and uninterested Rain really is. On Monday, a hailstorm damaged the tower in my area. Fair enough — natural disasters happen. I didn’t complain, I didn’t rush to point fingers. I gave Rain the benefit of the doubt. But by Wednesday, the connection was basically unusable. I reached out via WhatsApp, and even though the bot acknowledged the tower issue and confirmed my router had been rerouted to a much further tower, I still got the same lazy, robotic reply: “Please reboot your router.” As if rebooting would magically fix a damaged tower. It was insulting, honestly. Thursday went by with absolutely no response or follow-up. No update. No courtesy message. Nothing. Just silence. Today (Friday), I phoned in — and shocker — I got the exact same scripted nonsense: reboot your router. The agent even confirmed the tower is under repair, but still insisted on pushing the same pointless reset instructions. No ETA. No accountability. No escalation. I asked for a manager or anyone from an advanced team to call back — surprise, surprise — nothing. Now I’m stuck for the entire weekend with barely functioning WiFi, forced to spend more money on mobile data just to stay connected, knowing full well that Rain will not reimburse a cent. I am paying for a service I cannot use, and they don’t even have the decency to communicate properly. Rain’s customer service is a joke. Their support system is useless. And their attitude toward clients is downright disrespectful. Ignoring customers, hiding behind bots, and repeating copy-and-paste instructions is not support — it’s negligence. This experience has pushed me to the edge. Unless Rain drastically improves their communication, accountability, and basic customer respect, I will not hesitate to take my business elsewhere — and I will make sure others know exactly how Rain treats their clients when things go wrong.

Rain has the worst service when it comes to problem resolving. I have spoken to 4 call center agents and 2 so called manangers on the 0816101000 line, multiple promises has been made to escalate my problem, multiple promises ofcall backs and emails..., 24 ours later and I still have to call in to get an update.... AND STILL NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME FUTHER THAN "THE BEST I CAN DO AS A MANAGER IS I WIL ESCALATE YOUR PROBLEM". So here is my Question to you Rain.... How long does it take to replace the batteries of the tower???? (This is what has been told to me by your call centre managers) ... its been 4 days.... Do you even care about your customers????
