I ordered from TEMU. My parcel arrived 03.12.2025 in Cape Town and Fastway Couriers received my parcel. Deliver date for my parcel was 09.12.2025 So I didn't do at first anything. I started to contact them 10.12.2025. Their WA line didn't work. I also didn't get through on the land line. In the parcel was my friend's daughters (turning 12 on 12.12.2025) birthday gift also her Christmas gift. I was going on leave 13.12.2025. So, I kept on try and trying. Finally, I got hold of someone. I was told to come and pick up my parcel. They can't deliver. No whatsoever contact did Fastway Couriers trying to get hold of me. I took time off from work had to go to their offices, which is NOT SAFE. I've sent an email 12.12.2025 and told the manager and person in charge what happened. They are still coming back to me. POOR SERVICE AND I HOPE TEMU OR ANYONE ELSE WILL USE THEM. I paid over R400 courier fees, and I had to pick up my parcel myself.
I would give a zero star - but not possible. This company did work at my place. Sean say he will settle the work and finish - but nothing happens. I paid +-R22000.00 for a job - which is not done, nothing works. He is not sending someone out and refuse to answer my phone calls or WA's. Poor service.
The company send a what's app on 01 September 2024 and told me they will refund me on 16th. It wasn't done. Their words are empty. They refuse do read my message when I asked on Monday, 16th to send proof op payment. It's very sad when a company say they will do something and then they just don't. People should know about this.
I'm sending this review because I struggle to get hold of this company. I have a very bad experience and would like to sort it out very urgent. Send a contact number so I can contact you. Someone that is working for you or claim to work for your company owe me +-R21000.00
The service was good. Made a booking and had to pay. Things changed a bit because of the bad weather (26-28.07.2024). Some of us decided still to go and let the lady know. The lady advised she got a few people and they will pay on arrival. The people never showed and we loose your money with is a lot. She didn't accommodates us to move the date. Will net book there again
Below is my email today to WikiDeals where I bought 2 couple SPA vouchers. I'm super unhappy purchasing this vouchers: Good day I bought 2 X couple vouchers. I tried to contact the centre on Monday, 27.11.2023. I've sent an email through their website. Tuesday, 28.11.2023 I've sent again an email because I don't get ANY response. Today, 30.11.2023 I phoned the number on the voucher 021-419 4700 - The recording on the number says: Please leave your message and directly after that the recording say: there is no more space to leave a message. I googled for another contact number: I saw 021-419 3090. After 2min a lady answered - WHO no one can understand. She said she is the only one there. I booked for Sundag, 21 Jan 2024. Through the conversation I hardly could hear or understand her (Soso) . She said I can't make a booking so far ahead of time - she doesn't have a paper to fill in the booking. I 'm very disappointed with the service I got. Can you contact the centre and they mush confirm by email my booking please
