Alert Warning...******!!! These people are willing to help you quick with a charge fee and deposit also,but the outcome is worse than bad.second appliance i gave in by them,after they took my deposit and appliance asking the price of a new one to fix it.And boy do i regret it again.I let the first one slide but not the second one...Gave my chest freezer,[1 month out of warranty] in by them to replace the compressor only.However i noticed that the door is struggling to seal properly on to the rubber frame which was never a problem...and so it began,the chest freezer started to freeze up just next to the rubber frame until at a point that i had to switch it off at a regular basis.so i read up what that problem is or can be...turns out its the rubber frame that is perished[which never was a problem].And then i thought to myself shockingly,will these people go so far as in changing your rubber frame with a perished one causing a compressor to pack up again just after 3 months???makes sense doesn't it?now for the best part,I phoned them,told them i still have 9 months warranty left but the chest freezer is broken again...Do they have the nerve to tell me i must bring it back?i said excuse me?this is not my fault,you fixed it 3 months ago and its broken again,you must fetch it.they said yes but then we will have to charge you delivery fee.I said how can you charge me if its still under warranty?they rep**** saying we need to look at what the problem is...i said yes but if its the compressor again you need to give me my delivery fee back.they rep**** saying and i quote"that's not how business work".and i dropped the phone. So here's what i think,they will exchange whats needed for an appliance to work,however they fiddle with all the other components,if not the same ones,rubber frames ect...just to make sure you will be back there in 3 months.so please whoever reads this be warned and stay away from this place,they will waste your time and money only...
Tyremart autowiel gezina,services are good,workmanship poor,keep telling me my rims will be fixed,sit down and have a coffee,must say,thats the most expensive coffee I have ever ever had,almost 10K down the drain and 7 mag repairs later,i still sit with the same problem...rattling all over my car,but ive been told my rims are perfect.warming a rim up with a cutting torch and htting it with a hammer,is childs play,not a profession,same goes with wheel alignment took my car back...2 days later...I have been told to come back the next day,after i sat there the whole day.mkay so who is paying for my petrol?took the car back the next day and it was still a struggle,could not get it 100 percent right...no profession once again,just struggeling.and now for the best part,i whats app the sales guy that helped me and told him that I am not satisfied with their work,not even close,what are we going to do about this?And still till today,i have not got a whats app or a call back but they have my money.people be warned,they will take your money for profession they clearly are not qualified for.good day
they made a manhole on my property,cutting my driveway up and just left it like it is,its been 2 years,frogfoot cut my whole driveway up and fixed it the same week.metrofibre is pathetic.gatvol.
After I sent them an email to cancel my insurance asap,they decided to deduct my debit order on the 15th and the end of the month aswell,I mean really how more pathetic can you be?
