Good day, I am absolutely livid about the appalling service we experienced today at the Macdonald’s in V&A Waterfront. We were seated at a table with a scan option to place our order, which we did, selecting our meals and paying through the system. However, to our shock, we were informed that the order was being prepared at the Greenpoint Macdonald’s. When we approached the waitress to inquire why this was happening, she casually explained that the scanner on the table didn’t work, and we would have to go to Greenpoint to collect our food. This is completely unacceptable! There was no signage or notice in-store warning customers that the scanning system was malfunctioning. We were not informed of this problem before placing our order. We had two young children with us, aged 2 and 3, and we had taken an Uber to the V&A for the day. We did not have the funds to then take another Uber to Greenpoint and back. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, the waitress simply told us she asked Greenpoint to bring the order to us, but they refused. We were left stranded in the restaurant for 90 minutes, with our children crying, and no resolution in sight. In the end, we had no choice but to reorder and pay AGAIN. This is beyond frustrating and absolutely unacceptable! The lack of communication, disregard for our situation, and complete failure to fix the issue is outrageous. I expect this to be addressed immediately, as this level of service is completely intolerable. This is the most disappointing and infuriating experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
Good Day, I want to lodge a complaint against E-Zee group (PTY LTD) Electricians and Plumbers. We called the bank on Friday to to report our electrical issue. The electricians arrived at 8pm and did a bypass and said they will come back the Saturday morning which they never did. On Monday 8:45 the E-zee group office called to ask if we are home for the electrician to come and we said yes. The electrician arrived he looked at our box and said he is coming back now and left. The office called again and said the price for the replacement is R1350. They also mentioned the bank will pay 1 hour labour and call out fee and i must pray for the part they need to install. We told him we don't have the money now and he said okay we can call again. 10 minutes later we called back to say we will pay the money .The electrician came and did the installation, I saw the box and the price of the part is R425 but they charged me R1350 for it!!!! I messaged the office and asked them why i had to pay so much and she called the electrician and asked him how the client saw the price and could hear him say 'oh ****' . Now they saying I must pay 20% extra because the guy had to come back take note I didn't tell him to go he looked at the box and went to buy the part. She then said the extra money is for the fuel to the hardware store the store is 2mins from my house. I personally feel I was **********. If the part was R425 and I had to pay 20% which makes up of R510 then why did I have to pay R1350? Speaking to 3 different people from this company and everyone is telling a different story Number 1 : we charge extra 20% when the drive has to come back again Number 2: we charge extra for the fuel to the hardware Number 3: you had to pay for labour because they had to come back to do the job. They were here the Friday why didn't they finish it then?
We bought a Kwikot geyser from Builders Helderberg, the geyser arrived I told the delivery guys to place in it a designated area. The plumbers came and opened the bag and we saw the geyser was damaged. Looks like someone gashed it with a axe. I called the store and asked them for a replacement ASAP as the plumbers were at my place waiting, they said the geyser can only be delivered first thing the following morning. It's currently after 12 the next morning and the geyser is not here, I called the store and they transferring me from one department to another. They now say they waiting for a driver which means it wasn't dispatched 'first thing' as they stated the previous day. The job could've been done already. I am profusely upset!
Since 2021 we've been buying the clicks made for baby nappies. We love it and the price is great. The nappies are usually packed in rows. The last row of the pack I'm currently using is complete duds. The straps are all broken and some nappies don't have straps. What must I do with all this nappies now? Total waste of my money. Clicks you can check on my club card how often I shop at your store and this is really bad for a loyalcustomer. I won't ever buy clicks made for baby nappies again.
I had a terrible experience at cosmetic connection in Eersteriver today. I bought Aunt Jackie hair gel and when I got to the car I saw that the product has an ingredient that I am allergic to. I immediately(2 mins after purchasing) went back to the store to refund the product but the shop assistant refused as the store policy is only exchanges no refunds. Take note there is no notice that stipulates this , the notice only states that hair pieces cannot be exchanged. I am extremely upset because now I was forced to take a different product that I didn't want. have been buying from the store/online for years Cosmetic connection won't be seeing me again!
Seems like this year Bonitas customer service has gone down the drain. I have always been a happy customer but up until this year!!! 0/10 and negative reviews all the time. Ive been trying to get my bew Bonitas membership card for months now without success. Worst thing they have been sending someone else details to me via email and this is overstepping the POPIA act! When they respond to you they just respond to reply and not fully to resolve your request.

I sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of respect and accountability you have demonstrated by refunding and replacing the bad meat I previously purchased, and the way you conduct business as a whole. I sent my complaint email at 3pm on Sunday and by Monday morning my problem was resolved! This is customer service at its best , all the other businesses can really learn from Checkers Helderberg.
I purchase pork chops and stewing beef meat from Checkers Hyper Somerset West yesterday (18 February 2023). When I got home and opened the packs to divide the meat it was ROTTEN! BOTH PACKS ROTTEN!

No mediclinics on Primary Select Bonitas👎👎 Why was mediclinics removed from bonitas medical aid ? I am so unhappy about this. When I enquired about the changes an agent told me mediclinic Louis Leipoldt was on primary Select for 2023 but when I checked in 2023 it wasn't. I am so sad. My gynae, paed, orthopedic and urologist are at that hospital. I pay so much money each month for my family to have good medical aid.I was so happy with bonitas but since this change I am not happy anymore 💔
