Horrible rental filthy environment noise nabour they like and keep at the building
I was renting at one of there apartments at 367 oak Avenue randburg most horrible experience ever the company is very negligentl and has drunk hard tenants I had the most horrible 6 months of my life living next to kagiso in room number 26 I complained and nothing was ever done they have a pest control problem that is never resolved had to fumigate in my own the apartment is build with the thinnest bricks on earth if you want to rent a shack and live next to animals that is your best bet and they are very exploitative when you want to leave to preserver what ever undignified image they have left do not waste your money or time moving to 367 oak Avenue Randburg and be careful of Lerato the building manger she enjoy the inconvenience to tenants they just want your deposit good luck

Tops Ferndale village do not buy Alcohol there very ****** atmosphere and very patronising Indian teller I went there a couple of time and iv never been there again save yourself the ****** experience and cruelty by management

Horrrible experience property paper bark had no electricity for 4 to 5 day in a row not on eskom schedule had to move out had to forfeit deposit not conducive for living in the present day maybe in the stone ages

Pick ‘n Pay cresta patronising towards black customers
Pick ‘n Pay cresta I went there yesterday to buy a pie to only be patronised at Pick ‘n Pay liquor for buying a six pack of Heineken and being called poor by a staff member who apparently has a rich boyfriend as a sny remark and joke based on my purchase never shall I go back or shop in cresta mall Pick ‘n Pay if that’s the attitude or purchase baiting that goes on
