I purchased a mutton bunny on 12th Dec 2024, it was cold. Today when I placed my order for a mutton breyani, I told them to please ensure the food a heated up properly before I collect. After I collected the breyani, the food was cold. The manager Shane Naidoo has no manners, and extremely unprofessional, he does not even apologize for the bad service, instead he sarcasticly asks me just how hot I expect the food too be. For out of towners like myself, give place a miss.
I went to Salt and Light on the 23 December 2023 for gel nails at 8am. The nail tech was Tania. I had my nails done for Xmas as I was travelling out of PE. By the 27 December my nails were lifting, chipping and falling apart. I took pictures of my gel nails and sent it to Bullie while o was on holiday. I requested a refund, which did not happen. The only option given was that I should come back to have them redone. I questioned why I should have my nails redone at their salon, when clearly the products used were cheap and from the manner my nails were done, the tech was not qualified. It was also a waste of my time to have my nails done at such as unprofessional salon.
On the 24 October 2023 we went out to dinner while on a business trip to East London. John Dorys was part of Hemmingways Mall...and I stayed at Hemmingways Hotel so it was convientant to pop in for a quick dinner. Unfortunately my experience was horrible...we were served old fish which made us really sick and I was given poor excuses my Craig the manager, who took no responsibility.
My mom a senior citizen purchased a fridge on 27 Nov 2022. The fridge does not get cold. Chronic medication which needs to be kept cold cannot be accomplished. This puts ones health at risk.This matter was reported within the first week of purchase to both Samsung and HiCorportion. We requested a refund. Nothing was done. I had to take my mum on numerous occasions into the store for them to take any form of responsibility. Eventually they sent a technician out who said we are not supposed to use the freezer compartment of the fridge. When we notified Samsung and HIFi corporation about their technician...no action was taken. Then a week later the same technician arrives with no appointment or notification at our house. When we queried his arrival...he left without checking the fridge. I was smart enough to take down his details which I sent to both companies as proof. Since then their customer service sent me a letter saying the fridge works just fine and they will not refund my mums money or replace the fridge despite the fridge not getting cold and causing all foods to spoil daily. Additionally I was informed to take the matter up with the consumer board. This is an awful company and their products are terrible. I would not recommend either of these companies.
