The equipment leaked water throughout the process, and the hoses had to be manually held together by several people. The team left my carpets completely soaked — despite assuring me that they would be dry within two hours. Hours later, the carpets were still wet, and the house smelled dusty rather than fresh. The leather bed frame and headboard were left standing on the water-soaked carpet for nearly four hours, and now risk damage to the pressed wood base (replacement value around R36,000). In addition, laminated flooring in several areas was exposed to water leaks, which may cause boards to lift and require costly replacement (R1,700 per m²). When I raised these issues, the company offered to “redo” the job — but after such damage and unprofessional conduct, there is no way I would allow them back into my home. I was not even provided with a satisfactory apology or clear accountability, only excuses and deflection. I agreed to pay R400 to cover their fuel and travel costs but withheld full payment due to the damage and poor quality of service. This experience was both distressing and disappointing. I strongly caution anyone considering using Carpet Wash Brands to think twice before trusting them with valuable furniture and flooring.

Been a member for two years - without an access card. Agreement was that I will become a member after activation of Discovery's Vitality. Received a phone call to confirm, and I have declined to become a member. Regardless of my refusal to be a member, the debit order repeatedly went off my account - no form of communication at all during the two years. In November 2022 a sales consultant enquired to find out if I would like to join - managed to put the "PF..."debit order description and Planet Fitness together. Could have signed an additional contract - without them realizing that I have an active subscription!! After repeated requests to cancel my subscription, received a mail in December 2022 with a heading: "sorry to see you go" - yet, I have another debit order owed for January 2023!!! I have handed this matter over to the National Consumers Commission for investigation.
