I have never dealt with a call centre that is not available throughout the whole day, no response to emails and when you get through they make you hold like hell. I claimed for shortfall no correspondence or anything when you ask for follow up they have no idea of whats happening and they are rude.
Yesterday 12th of march marked exactly a month since I had the accident. Car towing process was seamless, claim process was also seamless and claim was approved in a less than 10 days. On Monday the 2nd I signed the settlement agreement and it is the 13th today and payment is still not made. It is great that i got the car hire with ease but also must put into consideration that losing a car is very stressful and painful and one doesn’t need the constant stress of wanting to know what is next, I have asked for documents to use to claim from the shortfall insurance which I have been told to wait until payment is done but the dragging on Naked’s side is dragging the whole process. I am really disappointed by the finance department for taking so long without any clear communication. I am grateful for Milca’s support throughout the process but I feel she slacked at the end by not ensuring this claim was closed timelessly.
Honestly, i initially wanted to give them a fair chance after seeing all the horrible reviews here, I claimed on the 7th of march, case assigned 8th of march only got correspondence on the 11th asking for the number used in the phone. i responded immediately and to my surprise today the 13th of march after following up myself i am being told that Sasha didn't update the number as she requested it. i have been following up on the claim and each time i was told harshly to allow for 72hrs to get feedback. 72hrs is up and i had to call and find out that claim was not updated, now i must wait another 24hrs to get the status of claim, imagine after the false advertising of 48hrs successful claim. this is unacceptable considering i submitted everything when claiming.
I kept getting thrown back and forth. A new query everytime you are closer to the end. They asked for information which i had already submitted twice. Its useless to have medical aid with benefits which are not even used when you still have to pay cash for yourself because things always reflect otherwise on their side. Not worth it.
