This is the most usless ficking service provider ever. You are *****ing my ****ing money. With no service. I paid in Dec for my service for Jan. As it is a pay as you go. You need to pay before they switch on. So you pay before hand and then use. Month to month cancel anytime. I canceld on the 6 of jan 2026. I already paid for jan. Now on the 14 th of jan you want to ***** my money for feb? I am not using the router. I paid for jan. You better make sure they collect the router. And you better make sure you cancel the ****ing debt order. You are a bunch of lying *****ing mother****ers.
This is the most up to **** network that I ever delt with. You need to pay for a useless service that you dont get. From Sunday every single day the wifi is off. Everytime the same escuses. Fix the fff problem. Your a useless. Creat a tick just so that no one can phone you back.
No internet for 2 days. No call backs nothing. Useless company. All they tell you is they log a ticket as urgently. But sweet blow fff
I could have given a 0 star. Cancel a router end of aug. I paid Aug for Sept. As you need to pay upfront. Witch no one at Rain can understand. Now you want to bill me for Sept and Oct when i dont even have the router amd also cant use the data that you charge me for. And that i need to pay for. You need to cancel my debt order. Witch is also a useless thing to do. No one can asssit. Im still waiting 7 days after the 48 hours you were suppose to phone me back!. You love *****ing peoples money.
How can your book say that a specail is running from the 10 june to 7 July. And when you ask were is the stuff you need to get with they have a lot of stories? I upgraded on the 2nd of July. As per my app time to upgrade. Still in time for the specails. I upgraded to the Reno 13 red core plan. No buds received. When calling Greystone the have a lot of stories. THE BOOK SAYS FROM 19 JUNE TO 7 JULY. I UPGRADED ON THE 2ND!!!
We bought two trappers big 5 T-shirts on the 28th of September. After the first wash the shrink. We followed all the washing instuctions. I send an email. And no response from them! It was almoat R500 a t-shirt. Will never buy again! Badest service ever.
Once again no internet since last night. They realy need to get this sorted. They need to work on there bavk up systems! This service is realy bad! On Tuesday it was of the whole day and cant sort the problem out!
Rain has been giving problemes for 3 days now. Off today. They want me to do there job for them. When its not the fault.
This is the most useless service provider i have ever delt with! A whole f@@### week without internet. They take half an hour to answer the phones. Just to tell you there "expert" tech is working on the towers. But it takes them 6 days to solve the probleme. This is soo useless. Month end you need to pay 530 for a service that is not been provided to you.
