I got a new phone and tried to login with the wrong email. Instead of prompting me that another email is registered on my name and ID it let me open a second wallet and then blocked both after I submitted my I'd. Now for more than 48 hours I have not received any response from the customer service after submitting 5 tickets for help. First there is the AI help that directs you in circles and then when you finally get to submit a ticket or email message no one answers. Appalling customer service.The only telephone number registered for Valr also just goes to voicemail stating that a message has been sent to the operator.
Fraud department useless... People stayed at our Guesthouse and sent a Standard Bank proof of payment with the Standard letterhead etc. This proof of payment is fraudulent. They did not care to investigate the telephone number or have a look at the fraudulent documents that were sent in the name of Stsndard Bank. The proof of payments have all the Standard Bank Logos info and insignia so that it seems like someone close to the bank that sent these proof of payments to me. They seem not to care or to aid criminals...
