I dont know if its BEE or what type of people these people are employing but Nolu Sebeko has absolutely no idea about customer service or explaining accounts. Does not respond to any emails or wait after 3 days you will get a response. I would not give that accounts department even one star, reason for two stars is because they do have an excellent technical department, who assist timeously whether its weekends or weekdays. She never allocated a payment once after everything was sent through, and internet was switched off, luckily the technical department assisted me
Hi, I have two cars under my policy. policy was cancelled due to missed premiums which I understand, received sms today to pay, tried to seeing i can afford it now, link says page not found, then i contact them to debit my account, only to be told policy is cancelled. i ask can it be reinstated, no i must call back in 6 months, so very dissappointed, now I am going to have to cancel my Dads policy as well and move all three cars to another insurer which is such a schlep all because they wont reinstate this one, but lesson learnt

Just want to say thank you for resolving my query. I am sorry that it took having to post here for the issue to be resolved but I have to give credit where it is due and it was timeously sorted out. So thank you very much.
I have submitted all required documents to have my late mothers savings account closed in October last year, the account is suppose to be closed and funds transferred to the estate late account. To date no correspondance was received. When i called last year they said they short staffed. This is the most pathetic bank and will not recommend them to handle any estate late matters. They deducting bank charges each month but they not doing their job by closing the account and doing the transfer.
