I'm thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Extreme Pools - John Lubbe! John's extensive knowledge and expertise shines through in his work. He installed a stunning 8x3m fiberglass pool in just 4 days, meeting the timeline as promised. The quality of workmanship is top-notch, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my new pool. Once again MTN is showing the exceptional customer service they're known for!!! You can never get hold of a Team Leader/ Supervisor/ Manager and I have been calling Mtn since 06 December 2022. No one can resolve anything at the call centre and if you purchased a device at the store it's worse, as the call centre refuse to assist, passing the buck back to the store. I am the account holder with 2 lines(phones) linked to my profile. I took the 2 devices out at the Cape Gate MTN Store (the one closest to Checkers) on 06 April 2021. Both contracts signed and received same day. Upgrade date was 09 December 2022, and i was only able to upgrade my second line as MTN decided that the primary line should be captured incorrectly and pushed the upgrade date to the 10 April 2023 and contract ending 10 July 2023. Now, the problem i have is... How do i get both devices on the same day, with the contract stating both we signed and received on 06 April 2021 yet when upgrades are due 09 December 2022, the primary device is not upgraded. Melissa, store manager at the Cape Gate MTN has been trying to assist with the changing the upgrade date to the 09 December 2022 as it should be, however even her efforts are invain!!! MTN please advise if our business is not important. All i request is for the updates to be done so that i can get my upgrade. Is it really that much to ask that we do our work properly, so that our clients does not have to continuously call in and complain!!!! I've been trying to get this resolved for 7 weeks now and its getting to a point that I would rather cancel everything, pay up the contract and move my services to another network provider.
